The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.

This role leads the IT team responsible for delivering integrated, reliable, and efficient IT services. It includes overseeing integration, data services, operations, network management, and architecture.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, developing and implementing IT strategies, and driving innovation to improve services.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the IT Shared Services team responsible for delivering integrated, reliable, and efficient IT services
• Develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps for integration, data services, operations, network management, and architecture.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to optimize IT services and deliver value to the organization.
• Manage the IT Shared Services budget to ensure that IT services are delivered within budget constraints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and align IT strategies and services with their goals.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. A master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Extensive experience in IT service delivery, integration, data services, operations, network management, and architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of ITIL, COBIT, and other IT governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations and strategies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategies and roadmaps.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing IT budgets and financials.
