This is a key position within the Lumea Finance team and the Lumea business, shaping sound business decisions and driving value for the Securityholders.

Supporting the Commercial Finance Manager (Energy Services), you will partner with the Business General Manager to provide financial leadership, foster business growth, and ensure timely achievement of business goals. This includes serving as the Finance lead on designated investment cases, assisting with pricing decisions, producing insightful reports, and contributing to robust forecasting and planning processes.

You will interact with Lumea's leadership team and finance teams, working closely with peers and stakeholders across the Finance and Lumea business units. Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager (Energy Services/Delivery/Commercial Operations), your role will be:

• acting as a trusted finance advisor to both business and finance stakeholders, and
• contributing directly to foundational investment, strategy, business planning, and capital raising initiatives.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/commerce or related field
• Has completed CA/CPA
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Strong analytical skills with ability to lead and influence cross business stakeholders in drawing and interpreting relevant data from multiple sources and presenting information in clear and concise reports
• Demonstrate ability to work cross functional effectively to drive business outcomes
• Advanced problem-solving skills, including developing practical solutions in uncertain environments
• Experience with understanding and managing the needs of both external and internal stakeholders, and identifying the levers that drive business value
• Experience with applying detailed financial modelling to drive sound investment decisions
• Drive a focussed commercial perspective, including an outward focus, awareness of delivery cycle times, and professional completion of work products
• Commitment to establishing a reputation for being the “single source of truth” through strict version control of Financial Models and data delivery and transparency
• Advanced skills in Microsoft excel, Power Point and Oracle knowledge would be advantageous
• Experience in Infrastructure or in industries with a capital-intensive focus
• Demonstrated experience in improving business processes
• Able to work independently, prioritise tasks, make recommendations and meet deadlines
