The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to be part of an organisation dedicated to nation-building renewable energy projects that will provide on-demand energy and large-scale storage for many generations to come.
In your new role, you will oversee the complete lifecycle management of EUC IT assets, mobile services, printers, and meeting room technologies—from procurement to disposal. Your responsibilities will align with organisation’s objectives, ITIL standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key aspects include managing budgets, optimising resource allocation, and ensuring operational efficiency to meet service level targets. As the EUC Assets Lead, you will foster strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders, driving seamless service delivery and cost-effective, user-focused solutions.
This role will be required to work from our Eastern Creek office up to 3 days a week.
About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management principles, frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or related roles, with a strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles and practices.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundations, Microsoft Certified Professional).
- In-depth knowledge of asset management principles, practices, and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
- Knowledge of security principles and practices related to end user computing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise effectively.
- Excellence in customer service with the ability to develop partnerships with key stakeholders and business units.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and liaison skills
