About the role:

Ventia are seeking two experienced Field Technicians to join our Unify Network contract in our telecommunications division assisting in planned and unplanned work on the network. You will work on different technologies that NBN offer, with a focus on FTTN, FTTP & FTTC.

We have two full-time positions available. One is located in Dubbo, NSW (Central West) and another in the New England region of NSW. The role offers 38 hours per week with overtime and an attractive pay rate of $42.10 per hour plus penalties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fault finding in the network
• Copper jointing
• Fibre splicing
• Scoping work (Scope test and fix)

Skills & Attributes:

• Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
• Proven industry experience – specifically in copper jointing and fibre splicing
• Cable hauling experience – Desirable
• enAble Card
• Driver’s licence
• First aid & CPR desirable
