The Opportunity

To support our Transport Contract across Sydney, we require an Asset Engineer to schedule maintenance works and develop maintenance programs. You will be working in a team of nine people with a great amount of support and mentorship to guide your way in the Transport industry.

About the role:

• Schedule maintenance works based on available resources/the maintenance roster
• Use the AIMS to plan/schedule, generate, and distribute work orders to stakeholders
• Support the development, implementation, management and continuous improvement of the Asset Management strategies and plans
• Development, review and implementation of Asset Management documentation and processes
• Develop new maintenance programs for various types of assets with reference to the Code of Maintenance Standard
• Work closely with the asset engineer to complete all other required tasks

About you:

• Tertiary qualification in engineering (civil or electrical)
• Experience in a similar role and industry
• Advanced computer skills, and proficiency in MS Office385 tools and products
• Understanding of Asset Management and Maintenance principles and standards, in particular AIMS
