About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Project Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting project execution, gaining exposure to technical, project management, and on-site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tendering and Documentation:
  • Assist the PE in preparing and submitting tenders for new projects.
  • Compile and manage necessary reports and data for tendering.
  • Follow up on feedback to improve future tender submissions.
• Liaison and Coordination:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Traffic Control providers, ensuring smooth project timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, addressing scheduling and project challenges.
• Project Scheduling and Forecasting:
  • Develop detailed schedules and forecasts to meet project milestones.
  • Monitor progress and flag variances for timely resolution.
• Documentation and Filing:
  • Maintain well-organized project files and records.
  • Regularly update the project management system with the latest approvals and developments.
• Site Activities and Awareness:
  • Participate in medium-scale site activities to gain practical, hands-on experience.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with project plans.

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
