About the role:
The Lara Gas Terminal is a 7 day, 24Hr operation that requires a skilled Shift Supervisor, who can be committed, self-sufficient and work autonomously by themselves to effectively cover day and night operations at the terminal on a rolling shift pattern. Working in a team environment with the Lara Terminal Manager and other Shift Supervisors to achieve key deliverables.
Deliverables to operate and manage the Lara LPG Storage facility ensuring safe operation, product quality, movement’s coordination, and maintain security at the Terminal. Including duties associated with the process and equipment involving decision making, priority settings and safety checks.
Pro-actively providing troubleshooting and record keeping, and analysis to maintain safe and continuous operation of the Terminal. Facilitates maintenance and project activities to keep the Terminal equipment operating at its optimum performance, and ensure the safety and wellbeing of people performing maintenance and project work on the Terminal equipment.

- Trade or technical background is (desirable)
- Plant operational experience or experience in related heavy industry (desirable)
