Who we are looking for

We have a two-year contract for a full time Business Stream Leader, based in Warrnambool. This position comes with a generous salary of $111,857 to $127,436.90 p.a. plus superannuation.

We want to be innovative in delivering value to our customers and ensure we're servicing their needs more efficiently and effectively. We're currently implementing new business processes and technology for billing, revenue, and customer experience. Our Business Stream Leader will provide guidance, business expertise, leadership and decision making to achieve the objectives of the project.

Job Description

What you'll be doing

On a day-to-day basis, you'll:

  • Support our team to develop and evaluate requests for tender.
  • Proactively engage with suppliers who are responsible for delivering various aspects of the project.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of our business process and risk controls.
  • Participate in prototyping workshops and conduct business acceptance testing.
  • Ensure end-to-end workflows are efficient, documented and drive agreed business outcomes.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for someone with

  • A tertiary qualification in business, technology or similar discipline is highly regarded.
  • Prince2 Practitioner Certification or similar.
  • Outstanding people skills, a collaborative approach, and the ability to build new relationships and partnerships.
  • Experience identifying and implementing a customer experience system, with an understanding of the features and functionality of products.
  • Team Leadership, effective communication, influencing skills, and development abilities.
