Trades Support Officer
About the role :
Perth Region Field Services is seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated and motivated individual, who enjoys working in a varied and fast-paced environment.
As the Trades & Incident Management Support Officer you’ll provide a wide range of administrative, clerical, and general support functions to the team and be flexible in your approach.
You are a team player who demonstrates the values and behaviours that contribute to a high-performance culture and are able to positively participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.
You will liaise and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders and assist in the development and dissemination of various reports.
Other relevant tasks include but are not limited to:
Coordinate and organises team’s workflow by coordinating team movements, event planning, meetings, and communication
Minute taking and coordinating Trades & Incident Management content for Incident Meetings, Toolbox Meetings and other meetings as directed
Organise, record, and conduct Site Inductions
Lead team scheduling and diary management
Event coordination
Business, financial, procurement and costing support activities ensuring compliance with corporate processes
Key skills and experience
Considerable experience in a similar administrative and support role within a large multi-functional organisation.
Ability to build strong relationships, and sound verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines
Sound computer skills with the ability to learn new systems with ease
Be experienced in the discrete handling of confidential information
