About the role

As an officer – Sourcing & Contract Management, you will support the Information & Technology Group in achieving business performance through the delivery of a comprehensive range of procurement and financial functions.

We offer supporting flexible working hours, 40% work from home and a 9-day fortnight. Which means you have more time for life outside of work.

What the role will involve

  • Process invoice confirmations for payment of all IT service provision contracts in the corporate electronic procurement system (SRM).
  • Analyse, reconcile, and process for payment capital works cost monitors for project charters, variations, and completion statements against monthly IT outsourced service providers invoice schedules.
  • Process IT Service and Software renewals
  • Support Contract and Vendor Management with in-depth financial analysis as necessary.
  • Facilitate the purchase of IT goods and services as required by the business and in accordance with corporate policies, contractual agreements and financial arrangements.
  • Raise purchase orders for IT outsourced service providers and Document & Records Management Services.
  • Analyse financial performance of major contracts based on a planned review program.
  • Liaises with Vendors and Contract Managers to establish and maintain contract-related processes.

Key skills and experience

  • Relevant experience in providing business and financial services in a commercially focussed organisation.
  • Relevant experience using a computer based financial and procurement management system.
  • Relevant experience in financial and business analysis.
  • Sound knowledge of procurement and invoice processing processes in SAP.
  • Sound knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
  • Well-developed conceptual and analytical skills.
