About this role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lineworker at our Pinjarra Depot on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Lineworker, you'll play a crucial role in constructing and maintaining the distribution electricity network. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the integrity of the network in a safe, reliable, and affordable manner, so that customers have an uninterrupted supply of electricity. Working in a team environment, you'll get to contribute to the efficient operation of the power grid and help keep the lights on for the community. It's a hands-on role that requires technical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to safety. If you're up for the challenge and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be a great fit for you!


About you

We are seeking someone with experience and attributes that include:

  • Certificate III in ESI – Power System Distribution Overhead – essential
  • Valid WA ‘HR’ Class Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated industry experience in the construction and maintenance of the distribution electricity network – essential
  • HOU and LOU Switching is highly regarded but not essential
  • Glove and Barrier and / or LV XLPE Cable Jointing is desirable
  • Unplanned Work and Streetlight experience - desirable
  • Current Commercial Driver Medical
  • C2-C6 crane ticket - desirable
