What you’ll do

• Participate in the eCom Commercial Trading squad to deliver customer-focused outcomes and demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
• Create engaging and on-brand artwork for website properties that meet WCAG 2.0 AA web standards.
• Develop asset suites and landing page designs for ongoing and future campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal partners to provide campaign support and identify opportunities for optimization through design and content management.
• Lead and foster a collaborative and inspiring work environment.

What you’ll bring

• Degree in design or 4+ years of experience in digital design.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS.
• Experience working from brief to execution across multiple digital mediums (web, app, social media, EDM design). Motion design skills required using After Effects.
• Basic HTML & CSS knowledge.
