At WORK180 we understand that everyone’s journey is different, and we embrace and celebrate differences. We encourage you to apply even if you feel that you do not meet ALL the requirements listed.

Please let us know if we can make any adjustments to accommodate your needs during the recruitment process.

What we do

If you’re passionate about gender equity and want to play an active role in tackling this global challenge, then WORK180 could be your next great career move.

We shine a spotlight on workplace policies, benefits, and initiatives so that all women can make more informed decisions about where they choose to work - whilst also providing solutions that help employers improve their workplace practices to attract and retain more women. We connect these employers with a global community of women from all backgrounds who want to feel informed, understood, respected, and empowered in their career choices.

We currently operate in Australia, the UK and US. We count EY, Microsoft, CSIRO, PepsiCo, David Jones, and nbn as a few of our Endorsed Employers driving social change.

The impact you will make

As a WORK180 Account Manager, you will help WORK180-Endorsed Employers achieve their strategic gender equality goals and support them in becoming progressive workplaces. You will work as part of a team with other Account Managers and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisors to drive social impact through exceptional client relations.

  • You will maintain and grow client relationships, manage renewals, and identify suitable partnership packages.

  • You will deliver inspiring and educational presentations to clients, inform them of new products, and keep them informed about any developments in DEI.

  • We all work remotely, but you will make the most of opportunities to visit clients interstate in person to help build relationships, influence, and host regional DEI events for Endorsed Employers to attend.

On day one, you will have:

As a growing business with an eye on making a global impact, we are looking for people who can bring diverse perspectives and experience, a passion for what they do and a willingness to work hard to deliver our mission.

While we are flexible in our approach and offer training for all our roles, we would like to set you up for success. To do so, you must have the following skills:

  • Proven experience in key account management.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who wants to double down on their experience to date and take their career to the next level.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

You will feel comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and will be an advocate for WORK180 and the value we can bring to Endorsed Employers.

  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills

You will be responsible for managing your own time and your own portfolio. You will be expected to problem-solve with your clients and deliver results to help them achieve their strategic goals.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting complex information in a simple manner.

Whether with new or existing clients or the wider business, you will be able to clearly articulate why organisations need WORK180 and why focusing on DEI is key to their success.

  • Proven experience in renewing & upgrading contracts

You will be prepared for renewal time with your clients and be able to present data and offer solutions that demonstrate the value of the WORK180 partnership now and in the future.

  • Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).
