The impact you will make
As the Marketing Manager for Employer Brand, you will lead the development and continuous evolution of WORK180’s employer branding offering. This role is responsible for designing and delivering strategic, multi-channel branding campaigns that support endorsed employers in achieving their hiring, inclusion and broader brand goals. You will report to the Head of Marketing, have one direct report, Senior Marketing Operations Coordinator and work closely with our Global Social Media and Community Lead.

You will play a pivotal role in helping Endorsed Employers tell authentic and compelling stories.

You will create campaign experiences that span a variety of content formats, including written, video, social and live.

You will create and maintain scalable product packages that can be customised.

You will work closely with Account Managers to understand employer goals, support them in building persuasive campaign proposals, and provide the tools they need to pitch WORK180’s branding solutions confidently.

You will collaborate with internal teams across content, creative, and social to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

While we are flexible in our approach and offer training for all our roles, we would like to set you up for success. To do so, it is important that you have the following skills:
Strategic Campaign Development
- Proven experience as Marketing Manager developing and executing strategic, multi-channel campaigns from concept to completion. You can translate complex client goals into cohesive 12-month plans that incorporate a variety of content formats (written, video, social, virtual events). This role could suit someone with an agency background.
AI-Enhanced Content Workflow Management
- Demonstrated ability to integrate and leverage generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into content creation workflows. You can use these tools to drive efficiency and scale production while maintaining high standards of quality, relevance, and brand alignment.
Commercial & Analytical Acumen
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to connect campaign activities to business outcomes. You are experienced in setting KPIs, monitoring campaign performance, and creating clear reports that demonstrate ROI and value to clients.
Cross-Functional Project Management
- Strong project management skills, including proficiency with platforms like Asana, Trello, or similar. You have a track record of successfully managing deliverables across multiple teams to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly, on time, and within scope.
Compelling Narrative & Storytelling
- A natural storyteller who can distill complex information, client challenges, and data insights into compelling narratives. You excel at crafting messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.

The process
We acknowledge that the recruitment process can be stressful and we aim to alleviate the stress of this by being transparent about our process. Below are the steps for our recruitment process:
