Salary: $90k-$105k FTE plus superannuation

The impact you will make

As a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Advisor, you will consult and advise our clients on their DEI journey. Through a close working relationship with the DEI Account Managers, you will support our clients in meeting their strategic DEI goals by providing expert advice and delivering workshops. The role fosters inclusive practices, addresses intersectional issues, and promotes equitable workplaces. You will drive social impact through exceptional client relations and be able to:

  • Identify DEI gaps and provide strategic advice to our Endorsed Employers;

  • Scope and design DEI project plans to meet the needs of clients, this may include interviews, focus groups, surveys and workshops;

  • Design and facilitate DEI training and workshops for employees at all levels;

  • Develop templates, frameworks and guides to educate, inform and improve workplace standards;

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our Endorsed Employers on their DEI journey.

On day one, you will have:

As a growing business with its eye on making a global impact, we are looking for people who can bring diverse perspectives and experience, a passion for what they do and a willingness to work hard to deliver our mission. 

While we are flexible in our approach and offer training for all our roles, we would like to set you up for success. To do so, it is important that you have the following skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar HR/ DEI advisor or consultant role

This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong understanding of DEI principles, frameworks and best practices. We need someone who can hit the ground running with guiding our clients and facilitating DEI workshops. You will be knowledgeable in legislation and regulations related to diversity and inclusion.

  • Outstanding communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills

You will be adept at engaging effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. With the confidence to influence and inspire. 

  • Strong organisational / project management skills and attention to detail

You will be skilled at juggling multiple priorities and confident to own and manage different work streams with proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Blend of strong analytical abilities and creative skills

You will be comfortable analysing qualitative and quantitative data to assess and measure DEI outcomes and impact. Whilst being innovative with the creation of engaging content and workshops, which helps educate and inform.

  • Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

The process

  • First virtual interviews with our Chief of Staff, Stacey Quilton.

  • Second interviews include a role-specific task with the Hiring Managers, Stacey Quilton & Valeria Ignatieva (Co-founder & Chief Customer Officer).

  • Final Topgrading Interview with the CEO, to deep dive into your full background and experience. 

  • Reference checks, offers & contracts
