Location: Fully remote role based in Australia

Job Type: Part Time (3 days per week/ 6 month Fixed Term Contract)

Salary: $95k-$115k plus superannuation (FTE salary - will be prorated based on part-time equivalent)

The impact you will make

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will lead our strategic employer content and engagement function to drive WORK180’s long-term growth. You will create compelling, high-impact content that fuels lead generation and positions WORK180 as a thought leader in the DEI space. You will:

  • Develop quarterly content strategies aligned with seasonal trends, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) objectives, and lead growth priorities.

  • Create diverse content assets, including lead magnets, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and annual flagship reports like the What Women Want Report.

  • Amplify reach and visibility by collaborating with Performance Marketing, internal thought leaders, PR agencies, and external influencers.

  • Drive audience engagement through monthly newsletters and email nurture sequences designed to convert leads.

  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to increase content production efficiency and impact while maintaining brand integrity.

On day one, you will have:

As a growing business making a global impact, we are looking for people who bring diverse perspectives, a passion for what they do, and a results-oriented "doer" mentality. To set you up for success, it is important that you have:

  • Proven Content Strategy Experience: Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategies that drive B2B lead generation and nurturing.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Experience translating complex data and survey results into compelling reports and using performance data to inform content decisions.

  • Digital Innovation & AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude) to scale production and proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM) for lead nurture workflows.

  • Collaborative Communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and DEI subject matter experts.

  • Resourcefulness and Initiative: A track record of finding ways through barriers to achieve results in a fast-paced environment.

The process

We acknowledge that the recruitment process can be stressful and we aim to alleviate the stress of this by being transparent about our process. Below is a guide to our recruitment process:

  • Review of applications and screening.

  • First virtual interviews with our Chief of Staff, Stacey Quilton.

  • Second interviews include a role-specific task with the Hiring Manager, Lauren O’Connor (Head of Marketing) & Malinder Ah-chong (Performance Marketing Manager).

  • Final Topgrading Interview with the CEO, to deep dive into your full background and experience.

  • Reference checks, offers & contracts
