The Thales Graduate Program is a two-year program commencing in February 2023. What makes us different from the rest?

About Your Role
This is a unique opportunity to join the Guided Weapons, Space and Hypersonics program established in Thales’ Australian Munitions business. What does this mean? Think rockets, missiles and space weapons! The cool thing is you will gain first hand exposure to see how we design, develop and test our latest tech!
Our graduate program at Mulwala is rotational. Across the course of the first year you will complete rotations around the following:
- Understanding the site: production, engineering principles and R&D
- Designation to a project – for example you could be working on a rocket motor!
- Getting to know our Corporate functions
- The second year is designed to develop your expertise as an Engineer
How About You?
- You must be willing to relocate to Mulwala (for at least a year), generous support and relocation provided
- Recently degree qualified in Chemical, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or be in the final year of completing for graduation end of 2022
- You are a natural leader and this shows though part time work or extra-curricular activities whilst studying university
- You easily build relationships and have strong communications kills both written and verbal
- You love working in a team environment and value diversity
- You are curious by nature, focused on the result and love to keep continuously learning!
