The badge that sets employers apart

Every woman deserves to work where she feels valued and empowered. We evaluate employers’ policies, benefits, and initiatives, endorsing only those truly committed to supporting women’s careers. Our endorsement badge is a clear sign of this commitment, making it easy to identify workplaces that will work for you.

What does the WORK180 endorsement badge mean?

Our endorsement badge is only given to employers who meet our rigorous standards for supporting women’s careers.

1. Supportive policies and benefits

Employers must meet or exceed our minimum criteria for paid parental leave and be open to flexible working arrangements.

2. Genuine and ongoing commitment

Employers don’t have to be perfect but they must work with us to continually improve their policies, benefits, and initiatives to better support women’s careers.

3. Total transparency

Employers must be transparent about their employee benefits and policies – and publish them on our website for women to easily find.

How do Endorsed Employers compare?

Our Endorsed Employers not only meet but exceed the national average in providing benefits and policies that support women’s careers.
