Celebrating progress towards diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)
As a trusted authority for women in the workplace, our annual awards are a coveted accolade for any WORK180-endorsed employer based in the UK wanting to gain recognition for their commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
With six award categories, the Equitable Workplace Awards are an exciting opportunity for dedicated teams of any size and stage in their DEI journey.
The awards are FREE to enter for all WORK180 Endorsed Employers. To be considered for an award, simply ensure your DEI assessment is current and complete by 12 February 2024. The information you supply for your assessment will be used to determine your placement across six DEI categories.
Winners will be given a special awards badge to display on their website and other marketing collateral as proof of their commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. They will also enjoy promotion across the WORK180 website and social media platforms.

Categories and awards
Award categories are based on the key drivers of workplace equity plus a special transport industry award. We award the standout companies within each of six categories, based on their DEI assessment results.
Awarded to the workplace best nurturing women and marginalized groups through opportunities such as mentoring and succession programs.
Awarded to the workplace making the best progress toward establishing diversity within decision-making levels of the organization.
Awarded to the workplace making the best progress towards the closing of their company’s gender pay gap.
Awarded to the workplace that offers and promotes the best flexible working policy — a powerful tool for removing barriers for women and marginalized groups.
Awarded to the with policies and procedures that support and promote the equitable division of caring duties (such as parenting and domestic work).
Awarded to the workplace in this industry performing the best overall in regard to diversity, equity and inclusion.
How to enter
