Raj is a Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Professional with 15 years of experience both in Australia and overseas across industries including energy, mining and defence. Raj is proactive, motivated and driven with a strong passion to work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes. She is a resilient and passionate professional with a drive to explore and identify best practice or innovative solutions for recruitment & selection, workforce planning, talent management and HR processes/procedures.
Anthea gained a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Melbourne graduating in 1992, and completed a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management in 2011. Anthea has worked in defence industry for more than 20 years, with a background in aircraft structural integrity and technical airworthiness. As an experienced Engineering executive, Anthea is dedicated to developing an inclusive and challenging culture that enables individual growth and engagement, while realizing the organisation’s strategy.
