The company

Our customer, a large not for profit organisation with offices in Parramatta, are willing to grow their internal ServiceNow practice and are therefore on the lookout for an additional ServiceNow Developer with good skills across ITSM module to join their friendly and professional team.


The role

Reporting to the ServiceNow Platform Manager, you'll join the internal ServiceNow team and bring your ServiceNow development skills across different modules such as ITSM, HRSD, VA, etc. You'll also advise on best use of the platform and take part in new modules implementation projects.

Part of your main responsibilities:

• Work closely with the business units, change manager and subject matter experts to deliver ServiceNow solutions aligned with the organisation's roadmap
• Build and configure custom solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, including process, estimation, design and development
• Work on integration with other business applications
• Execute update set deployments to test and production environments and follow change management procedures
• Assist if required on Operational support

Required skills & experience

• 2+ years of development experience in ServiceNow
• Experience working in a Scrum Agile environment
• Good knowledge of several ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, Service Request/ catalogue, Employee Center/ Portal, HRSD or Virtual Agent.
• Experience in performance tuning and code profiling
• Relevant Industry certifications such as ServiceNow developer certification (CAD) highly regarded
