Clough is currently searching for an experienced Mechanical Commissioning Engineer to join the Waitsia Gas Project during the commissioning phase. Reporting to the Commissioning Supervisor, this role will be predominantly based in the Perth office with some site travel, as required.

Your focus will include:

  • Coordination of mechanical commissioning preparation and related activities for all mechanical & piping works on the project

  • Providing supervision for all personnel engaged in mechanical commissioning activities inclusive of vendors, contractors and operations personnel.

  • Ensuring all work is performed to Australian Standard, Legislation and project standards.

  • Providing input into project planning and all required reports.

  • Ensuring that all changes and modifications are made in a controlled manner and are advised to the As-built control procedures.

  • Timely entry and maintenance of mechanical completions data into CCMS.


What you will bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in a Mechanical Commissioning Engineer role on large oil and gas construction projects.

  • Experience in documentation of commissioning procedures.

  • Strong computer literacy.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or significant experience in lieu of a degree.
