The role:

Daimler Truck Financial Services (DTFSAu) are now seeking an Operations Project Intern to support the operations team, based in Mulgrave, on a 12-month fixed term contract. The focus of this role is to provide a high level of administrative support to our fleet customers and internal Key Account Managers, contributing to the completion of the daily workflow of the fleet operations team and undertaking tasks as allocated and required. Additional key responsibilities are to assist with the migration, testing and development of Sharepoint platforms- a critical and time sensitive project for the Fleet Operations department.

Reporting into the Manager, Sales Operations, your key responsibilities will be:

* Working with the Sales Operations Manager, providing input into the design of the Sales and Marketing site on SharePoint 365

* Mapping current and desired structure of site

* Assisting with migration of data

* Assisting and developing workflows in Power Automate to replicate those developed via SharePoint Designer

* Working with the Key Account Managers and Sales Operations Team to provide operational support for all fleet activities

* Supporting the team with document and contract preparation, quoting support, pricing, RV and maintenance support, operational and reporting requests, coordination of managed contracts and process management

* Month end activities including Customer reporting, Sales reporting and invoicing

* Assist with testing of releases and bug fixes for ClickSell/CMS (Fleet)

Who we are looking for:

The successful applicant will have a strong ability to think logically and critically, and can implement a process from concept to execution whilst utilising mapping tools to document code. You will possess the ability to connect with and understand your customers’ business needs and have the ability to prioritise your workload in order to achieve their desired outcomes. By fostering strong relationships and taking a proactive approach to your role, you will place yourself in a strong position to gain experience and knowledge in this internship. With your strong desire to learn and your natural ability to understand software and systems, this role will give your career the head start you have seen looking for.

Ideally, this role would suit an applicant who is undergoing or has completed a Business or IT degree.
