Salary range $109,612 – $127,070 plus super

About You:

Your excellent writing skills and in-depth knowledge of the media are key to success in this role. Your experience will also include:

About the role:

As a Media and Communications Advisor, you will manage Hydro Tasmania’s brand and reputation in the media and other communication channels. Applying your deep understanding of the modern media landscape, you will manage reactive enquiries and develop a forward plan of proactive opportunities. Working closely with the Marketing team, you’ll also help create engaging content for our digital channels. You will bring passion and energy to the team and ideally have existing relationships with journalists and other relevant stakeholders. In this fast-paced role, you will have the opportunity to work on big, complex issues that matter to Tasmanians, and to Australians as the country transitions to renewable energy.
