SUPPORT THAT MATTERS

Pandemic Support

In the face of COVID-19 and the associated uncertainty, ITW Construction Asia Pacific offered all employees an opportunity to attend a 4 week virtual Well-being Program facilitated by Fleur Hazelwood of the Blueberry Institute blueberryinstitute.com/. During the program, we learned the importance of using our emotional intelligence, creating psychological safety, adopting empathy and prioritising wellbeing.  It has been inspiring to see the promotion of wellbeing amongst Team Members, particularly through the daily connections amongst colleagues and the focus on helpful routines and meaningful work, all of which serve to protect our mental health.

Ongoing Support

ITW offers targeted development and networking forums for our young professionals and our women.

ITW Women’s Network (IWN) is all about engaging women by providing personal and professional connections and development.

Our Young Professionals Network (YPN) is dedicated to building a community made up of early in career talent. It’s a group that helps create a foundation focused on the specific needs of early in career professionals.

We understand that there are many elements contributing to our employees’ sense of work satisfaction. We are committed to providing support programs that may assist both at work and at home. An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided employees with confidential, impartial and professional counselling and coaching service.
