As a Product Owner in our Customer Technology team, you will be joining our Stores squads who are currently engaged in some exciting projects that aim to transform the way we track, manage and utilize data to automate and digitize our processes in stores. This role is critical to ensuring that the needs of our business and technology teams are identified, defined, and prioritised so that our engineering teams deliver the highest value for our business.


What you’ll be doing
As a Product Owner in our Customer Technology team you’ll:

  • Demonstrate experience as a Product Owner or Manager and be well versed in product life cycle, MVP, and iterative development
  • Proven experience in the management and transformation of big data sets and to optimize ways of working
  • Contribute to quick value analysis which will assist in making informed prioritisation decisions
  • Create the appropriate mindset and experience so that feedback is provided and given in a constructive manner to create value
  • Provide vision and direction to your squad, inspiring them to think creatively to achieve the agreed mission and metrics
  • Work alongside the business owners to ensure that they are engaged, aligned, and supportive of direction
  • Manage and groom the product backlog in collaboration with relevant product owners, tech leads, scrum masters, etc.
  • Utilise your previous experience and knowledge of working in data, stock, inventory or similar projects
