The role:

Knight Frank has an opportunity for a Consultant or Senior Consultant to join the Tenant Representation team in Perth. Reporting to the Head of WA Tenant Representation, this role will see you working closely with the various members of the Tenant Representation and wider Occupier Services team, and Knight Frank business, nationally and globally. Your core focus will be on commercial occupiers, working with existing Knight Frank clients, as well as new business generation for the division.

Knight Frank Tenant Representation partner with our occupier clients to deliver strategic, practical, and commercially minded property advice that is tailored to our clients. This role will suit strong candidates with a background in tenant representation, transactions, portfolio management, corporate real estate, valuations, or a rounded property professional looking for your next step, and keen to expand your knowledge and skill set.

Key responsibilities:

  • Represent the interests of commercial office and industrial occupiers in relation to their property requirements, project strategy and transaction delivery
  • Identify and target prospective clients and develop strong relationships with new clients
  • Production of consistent, quality reports, submissions, financial modelling, and marketing materials
  • Development of new business in conjunction with the Head of WA Tenant Representation
  • Contribute to the delivery of the Tenant Representation business budget

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in tenant representation or leasing with an understanding of the Perth office and / or industrial market including current trends (desirable)
  • Proven track record of business development and quality service delivery (desirable)
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills plus a high level of attention to detail
  • Suitable academic achievements, Bachelor of Commerce in Property (preferred)
  • Current relevant Real Estate certification (preferred)
  • Ability to recognise and evaluate opportunities and to present compelling business proposals
  • Willingness to think ‘outside the square’ and provide best in class service & advice
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain key stakeholder relationships.
