The role:

Reporting directly to the Centre Manager, the primary purpose of this role to ensure the professional management of the Shopping Centre.

The assets you will be responsible for are Lavington, Moama, West End and White Box. You will be responsible for establishing and maintain strong, positive relationships with tenant retailers and ensuring the trading environment is well presented, ensuring a safe and inviting destination for customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Regular inspection of the Centres to ensure the highest level of presentation.
  • Regular contact with the tenants and retailers to build/maintain key relationships.
  • Provide monthly detailed reports on general, maintenance, tenant issues as well as any scheduled works.
  • Assist in the undertaking of rent reviews in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Full financial reporting and variance explanations.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure all maintenance related issues are dealt with appropriately.

  • Previous experience in Retail Property Management or Retail Store management.
  • Be a great communicator. Verbal & written.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Have your Certificate of Registration/Real Estate license (essential).
  • Some knowledge of Centre operations.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills.
