Who we're looking for:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our QLD team for a luxury residential, senior living development in the heart of Chevron Village.
The Site Manager's responsibility is to successfully direct and manage the activities of staff, sub-contractors and consultants on our construction sites in accordance with construction program requirements, whilst controlling costs and complying with Quality Assurance, WHS and Industrial Relations legislation and Enterprise Agreements.
To be successful you will need to have extensive experience in a similar role in the building industry together with demonstrated leadership skills and people management experience. Your technical competency will include a detailed level of building and construction trades, along with specialist skills working on structure, finishes, façade, civil/inground construction and services.
Key Attributes:

  • A strong background in Site Management and experience in delivering large scale building projects
  • Experience in planning and programming site works
  • Accurate budgeting capability
  • Knowledge of the Building Code of Australia
  • Relevant industry qualifications
