Principal Engineer Billing
Job Expectations
We have an exciting opportunity at nbn to join the team as a Principal Engineer Billing reporting to the Manager DevSecOps Enterprise Billing.
A bit about your role
As the Principal Engineer Billing, you will leverage your billing expertise and play a critical role in evolving nbn’s engineering processes. This role will see you providing technical SME expertise to our business stakeholders, analysts, and architecture team. The goal is to ensure continuity of the billing platform and all other services.
This will be an opportunity for you to provide guidance to the team to uplift the CI/CD maturity and automation. Moreover, you will work with vendors and establish commercial arrangements through statements of work to provide alternate delivery channels where required.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will have demonstrated hands-on experience with Oracle BRM 12, BRM Billing Care REST API, BI Publisher and/or equivalent Telco Billing experience. You have a background working with both development and operational teams in an agile environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to influence and negotiate with key stakeholders.
