Job Expectations
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Value Propositions reporting to the Executive Manager Value Propositions and Enablement, in the Customer business unit.
A bit about your role
The Senior Associate Value Propositions role focuses on creating and communicating segment and product value propositions to drive demand and achieve market differentiation. This includes defining the value offered to industry partners eg. Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and collaborating with marketing on the Customer Value Proposition. This role will have a strong focus on propositions for the Residential products be an advocate for our retail partners and end-customers.
This role contributes to the development of customer acquisition, retention incentives, offers, and marketing campaigns.
A bit about you
To excel in this role, you will bring significant experience in Marketing or Communications, particularly in areas such as Customer Experience, Product Management, or Product Marketing. Additionally, you should be adept at supporting Go-to-market strategies, lifecycle marketing, or channel strategies.
You will ideally have strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, with experience influencing stakeholders and supporting large-scale change initiatives. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary with a good background in project management skills.
