A bit about your role

The primary role of the nbn Chief of Staff is to enhance the effectiveness of the executive leadership in driving change and delivering high performance. This involves creating a system to co-ordinate and maximise the time of executive leaders, supports fast and informed decision-making, and ensures follow-up and delivery.

Your financial planning and analysis skills are sound, and you have experience working in highly regulated environments, including with government or regulatory bodies.

You possess the ability to think critically and strategically, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Your demonstrated analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities are complemented by a high level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Additionally, you have a proven track record of successful stakeholder management and relationship-building at executive levels. Your exceptional leadership, influencing, and communication skills will see you succeed in this role. You excel in program management, focusing on achieving results and meeting deadlines. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt well to changing priorities.
