Your role as a Manager Records will involve:

  • Develop, maintain, and enforce record-keeping policies, processes, and systems for State Records Act compliance
  • Coordinate implementation and upkeep of the corporate Record Keeping plan, ensuring adherence to the State Records Act
  • Review current record-keeping processes, identify required uplift actions, and oversee project execution
  • Execute an annual calendar of record-keeping activities, including archiving and disposal procedures
  • Design and deliver records and information training programs to enhance staff capabilities, ensuring a positive engagement with the business

Experience:

  • Experience working with the State Records Act (highly desirable)
  • Experience working with Content Manager software (highly desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in a records management role
  • Extensive people leadership experience
