The Opportunity:

Port of Newcastle is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology & Digital team. The successful candidate will support PON’s information systems and digital strategy projects and play a key role in improving the technology and digitalisation of the business.

This role will support the Senior Manager Technology and Digital in leading strategic programs, including delivering system enhancements, administration and integration by translating business requirements into digital solutions.

This is an exciting and interactive role that requires a high level of independence, communication and technical skills

What you will bring:

You will hold tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, coupled with 5-6 years of IT experience in complex technology operating environments. You demonstrate a passion for new technologies and possess exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities. Your technical capability will be complemented by your well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, which will be well utilised as you interact and collaborate with all levels of the organisation in this role.

Experience with Office365 suite, Salesforce, Tableau, and integrating SaaS applications will further strengthen your suitability, as well as proficiency in project planning and change processes.
