About The Opportunity

Programmed’s Facility Management department are currently seeking a Carpenter to join our team focused on our Housing Contract. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team that provides reactive, proactive, and general maintenance throughout the facilities. This position is responsible for providing direction on and assisting in the delivery of the daily operations of building works on nominated customer sites.

Nature of the position: Permanent, Full Time

Location: Perth

Reporting Line: Service Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintenance and installation of cabinets, doors, frameworks, floors, or other wooden fixtures used in buildings
  • Use of hand tools, machines or power saws as required
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment

About You

  • A trade qualification in Carpentry/Joinery
  • Current driver's license & white card
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to the workplace
  • Execute work that is of a high standard
  • A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems
