About the Role:

This newly created role will report into our Chief Legal Officer and will be a great role for someone is commercially minded and has a passion to work for a small but ambitious renewable energy organisation.  Particulars of the role include:

• Senior legal advisor to the business for commercial contracts and supply agreements, OEM contracts to large scale energy projects and IP protection
• Continued development of our suite of corporate policies
• Management of our risk register
• Support to the Company Secretariat function including investor relations
