"Working for Sandvik for 13 years, I started as a casual filing papers, working school hours as I had 3 small children, now my role is working full time alongside the Rocktools Business Line Managers for APAC and China as Sales Support and Development being the link to the head office in Sweden for these Regions, helping them target opportunities and bring best practices. Of my 13 years with Sandvik, 11 of these were working my way through the supply chain business which gave me the opportunity to travel most of the world, learning and developing along the way. I have an inquisitive nature, and Sandvik encouraged this, allowing me to grow and understand the whole business front line to backline, which lead to me wanting to further educate myself, this allowed me to see greater opportunities and move away from supply chain and into more a more strategic focus role. Sandvik has always flexible and allowed me to balance my work and home needs with my family. "
