The Role:
Join our team as a full time Customer Care Consultant at Bunurong Memorial Park and Springvale Botanical Cemetery be at the forefront of delivering exceptional administrative and customer facing support to internal and external customers. You'll play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes throughout the customer journey.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct client appointments for the collection of ashes, presenting urn options and managing the transfer of ashes.
- Maintain accurate and current information in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Welcome and greet all incoming visitors to the Customer Care building in a friendly, courteous and timely manner assisting with general enquiries and directions.
- Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure smooth operations, minimize shortages, and avoid excess inventory.
- Respond to client-related mail/emails within agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Support administrative tasks, including processing applications and completing funeral service documentation.
About You - We Are Looking for Someone With:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer service.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for quick, effective resolutions.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across multiple sites.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team adapting to daily changes.
- A high level of empathy and the ability to understand and support clients during sensitive times.
