The opportunity:
As the Contracts Administrator you will be responsible for you will be responsible for providing support to the delivery teams on contracts and commercial administration across the entire lifecycle of Systra ANZ's projects. We have two roles based at our Melbourne and Sydney locations.

• Assist Contracts Managers in contract lifecycle responsibilities including kick off, delivery and close out of all contracts
• Assist the Contracts Manager in drafting new contracts, variations and contractual correspondence
• Raise and generate Purchase Orders and take ownership of tracking and communication of approvals to internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinate payments between Development and Finance teams to ensure payment of contractors in accordance with contract payment terms
• Assist in the development and implementation of reporting tools for measurement of key contract metrics
• Travel as required to project sites for project initiation, project reviews and audits, claims management, project close out, as required

• Successfully supported projects in a contracts or commercial role in a complex construction or development environment.
• Certificate or degree in Engineering, Law, Quantity Surveying or Business/Commerce
