Service Centre Technician
As a Service Centre Technician at TasWater you’ll play a pivotal role in TasWater daily operations by providing customer focused IT technical support to TasWater staff and contractors.
You will provide
the primary point of Contact for ICT support and initial Digital &
Technology interactions, with the aim to provide first point resolution and
troubleshoot ICT incidents by assessing a range of options.
This position is based in Devonport, with opportunities to work out of our
operational depots in the North West, as well as hybrid from home arrangements.
Flexible start and finish times and Rostered Day Off arrangements are also
available.
This is a permanent position which offers availability to work full time, part
time or job share.

The position attracts a total remuneration package of $80,000 –
89,000 per annum (including superannuation).

- Possess a qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Information Technology, or a similar field,
- Possess a practical approach, a commitment to quality customer service, and attention to detail,
- Can diligently adhere to company procedures and regulations, especially those related to account management and ICT Service Management Practices
- Have experience in Microsoft Management Applications (Azure, Active Directory, SCCM)
