About our role:
To support our continued growth, we have a rare opportunity for a Finance Officer to join our busy accounts team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, motivated and have a hardworking attitude.

This newly created position will provide general finance support to a team of skilled and supportive Finance Officers who are eager to impart their knowledge. Reporting to the Finance Team Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Processing creditor invoices through ProSpend
  • Account reconciliations
  • Invoicing
  • General accounts administration and office duties
  • Monitoring the Finance emails
  • Data entry
  • Liaising with internal staff

To be successful in this position, you will have:
A high level of computer literacy, good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to MYOB or similar accounting program.

  • Strong communication skills
