About our Role:
We are looking for a talented person to join WGA to design, develop, and implement innovative workplace solutions using Microsoft SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). As the successful candidate, you will architect and deliver scalable, user-friendly business solutions that adhere to best practices in information management, governance, and security. You will collaborate with various teams within WGA to create a cohesive, efficient, and future-ready digital workplace, leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft Copilot, AI services, and emerging technologies.

About you:
To be successful in this position you will have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
  • Broad experience covering SharePoint design, deployment, and administration and Power Platform solutions
  • Understanding of information governance, security models (e.g., Azure AD), and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience running workshops, training sessions, or user support programs.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile or Waterfall) and delivering technology solutions within time and budget constraints.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
