About the role:

At Water Corporation, Organisational Development (OD) is recognised and valued as a strategic enabler to achieving our corporate objectives. In this multi-dimensional and exciting role, you will play an instrument part in building and shaping culture, leadership and capability, enabling our people to feel supported to own the strategic direction of leadership development, remuneration, recognition, and succession planning.

Reporting to the Head of OD, the Organizational Design and Performance Manager is a newly created role, pivotal in identifying areas for improvement. Through leveraging established OD frameworks, processes and tools that support culture, leadership and capability programs that help our people embrace change and adopt new ways of working.

The role, will oversee a portfolio of specialist OD teams with a broad scope of work and support our leaders with innovative, practical solutions and advice on OD matters, priorities and direction. In particular the role will be integral to influencing outcomes in employee engagement, development, performance and strategic workforce planning.

About you:

You are an experienced OD leader who brings a blend of critical thinking and complex problem-solving ability. Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline, you have significant experience in designing and deploying enterprise-wide OD programs in large, complex organisations to shape and improve OD services and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will have extensive knowledge of key focus areas including remuneration and benefits, succession, performance and job architecture. Your collaborativeapproach and ability to develop andbuild strong relationships will be key to the success of this role.
