What you’ll do

The Senior Commercial Analyst role exists to provide broad commercial and strategic support to the Loyalty business, adding commercial rigour to Everyday Rewards (‘EDR’) initiatives benefiting senior leadership and the wider business in creating a program that drives member engagement and commercial outcomes.

  • 2+ years commercial/analytics experience (strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate finance etc.), preferably with an understanding of marketing and retail context
  • Demonstrated structured problem solving and analytical skills, and in particular financial modelling
  • Highly commercial and analytical, creative and resourceful with a drive for results and excellent partnering skills providing the capacity to influence and ultimately drive outcomes
  • Ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of data
  • Ability to deconstruct complex problems, identify direct relevance to the business and create innovative solutions with a strong sense for value
