Location:       Fully remote role based in Perth (some client travel required)

Job Type:       Part Time (3 days a week) 

Hours:            P/T hours aligned with the UK, available from 12pm - 8.30pm AWST

Salary:            $100k-$120k plus superannuation and commission (pro rata)

The impact you will make

As a WORK180 Account Manager, you will help WORK180-Endorsed Employers achieve their strategic gender equality goals and support them in becoming progressive workplaces. You will work as part of a team with other Account Managers and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Advisors to drive social impact through exceptional client relations. 

  • You will maintain and grow client relationships, manage renewals, and identify suitable partnership packages.

  • You will deliver inspiring and educational presentations to clients, inform them of new products, and keep them informed about any developments in DEI. 

  • We all work remotely, and you will be working in the afternoons and evenings to support our UK client base. This is perfect for anyone who doesn’t love the mornings!

While we are flexible in our approach and offer training for all our roles, we would like to set you up for success. To do so, it is important that you have the following skills:

  • Proven experience in key account management. HR or DEI experience is a plus.
    We are looking for an experienced Account Manager who wants to double down on their experience to date and take their career to the next level. Experience working with HR professionals or an interest in the DEI space would be a bonus. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

  • You will feel comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and will be an advocate for WORK180 and the value we can bring to Endorsed Employers.

  • Highly developed planning and organisational skills

  • You will be responsible for managing your own time and your own portfolio. You will be expected to problem-solve with your clients and deliver results to help them achieve their strategic goals.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence in presenting complex information in a simple manner.

  • Whether with new or existing clients or the wider business, you will be able to clearly articulate why organisations need WORK180 and why focusing on DEI is key to their success.

  • Proven experience in renewing & upgrading contracts

  • You will be prepared for renewal time with your clients and be able to present data and offer solutions that demonstrate the value of the WORK180 partnership now and in the future. 

  • Eligible to work in Australia (Australian citizen or permanent resident).

The process

We acknowledge that the recruitment process can be stressful and we aim to alleviate the stress of this by being transparent about our process. Below are the steps for our recruitment process:

  • Review of applications and screening.

  • Communication of screening outcomes to candidates.

  • First virtual interviews with our Head of People & Culture, Stacey Quilton.

  • Role Specific Task - presented in the interview with hiring manager, to give you a chance to demonstrate your potential and fit for this role.

  • Second interviews with hiring manager.

  • Final Topgrading Interview with two of the leadership team, to deep dive into your full background and experience. This will include asking questions about everything from your high school experience to your latest role. 

  • Reference checks, offers & contracts.

  • Communication of outcomes to unsuccessful candidates & feedback.

  • Onboarding – Week 1 and 2 from the start date.

  • New starter survey – Week 12 from the start date.
