You’ll contribute to:

  • Provide customers with professional customer service and achieve key service levels registering new claims via phone calls in a timely manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail file noting, completing statements and online registrations
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Work together with all stakeholders to ensure seamless customer service delivery.

A bit about you:

  • Highly developed customer experience skills and telephone manner
  • Previous administrative experience in insurance and high-volume processing in a customer focused commercial insurance environment and/or a call centre environment will be highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and actively contribute to a team environment
