Your new role

The Treasury Operations Principal will support the design; development; and ongoing management & maintenance of the Fund's new and evolving Treasury Operations facility. As this is a developing capability in the Fund, your first 12 months will consist of leading a team of SMEs in building out the new operational capability. As we continue to grow internationally you will oversee the day to day management of the Global Treasury Operations capability in production.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with robust knowledge in Treasury Operations, who doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and can think outside the box to achieve the bigger goal. This is a role for someone who is willing to put in the work to make their mark on HOW we do things at the Fund within this space.

In order to drive success in the evolution of the Fund's Treasury Operations team, you will be expected to:

• Provide thought leadership in the design of the end to end Treasury Operations capability including all operating model considerations (People; Process; Systems; Data; &Vendor Services) to support the new Treasury Management business within Investments.

• Develop a robust understanding of the Fund's existing cash and collateral operations capabilities with a view to determining how these should evolve and ultimately be subsumed into the new Treasury Operations capability.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive an efficient; effective; and seamless business integration of the Treasury capabilities.

• Work closely with the Portfolio Operations Leadership Team and the Operations Senior Leadership Team to design and implement the next evolution of the Fund's Global Investment Operating Model.

What you'll need

• Demonstrated experience with large business Transformation initiatives in the financial services industry.

• Senior Leadership roles in Treasury Operations; Liquidity Operations and/or Cash & Collateral Operations in a financial services institution.

• Significant Experience with Investment product & service capabilities. (i.e. - Investment Management; Investment Operations; Fund Accounting; Treasury Operations; Fund Administration &/or Custody).

• Significant experience in leading and managing medium sized teams.

• Ability to liaise with a range of senior stakeholders and influence them to drive appropriate and meaningful change.

• Sound knowledge of the Financial Services industry and the way it operates globally; with the ability to bring to the table relevant market /industry insights, and an understanding of legislative /regulatory obligations to help inform operating model design thinking.
