MSO is the leading Mortgage Sales and Originations platform in the UK working across Brokers and Lenders of all sizes to deliver multiple user journeys for mortgage applications.

Role Purpose:

The team are looking to capitalise on the demand for direct to consumer mortgage journeys. Our goal, to build and host a product that integrates with MSO and become the market leader in direct to consumer mortgages software.

Our first mission, to provide lenders with features empowering their customers to remortgage online, quickly and simply. With our partners in the industry we will work together to create the right solutions to meet the requirements of a growing market.

Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...

You will be part of a new team that builds and hosts a new cloud native product, powered by Amazon Web Services. Work in a collaborative environment, where you will have end-to-end responsibility for the product, from client engagement through design, to delivery and support. Providing a world class 24/7 live service for our clients.

Pursue an automate-first approach, delivering high quality customer outcomes. Utilise automated functional tests, security scanning, penetration testing, accessibility testing, performance testing to continuously integrate and continuously deploy software intraday.

With a focus on continuous improvement, we will hold regular team and stakeholder reviews, showcasing progress and the journey, embracing experimentation and iteration to gain feedback quickly and using it as a means to improve future performance.


We plan to deliver value fast and often. Testing the value of our solutions, engaging with our customers frequently to gather feedback. Then using what we learn to iterate and optimise the product, creating amazing end user journeys!

To be successful in this role you will…
