The Reward Analyst role sits within the HR – Reward, Payroll & HR Services team, within a wider HR, Property & Facilities department. The team isresponsible for the design and implementation of our Reward, Recognition, and Health & Wellbeing offering and paying employees in line with their contract. The HR Services area of this team is also on hand to answer HR queries and provide an HR administration service.

As a Reward Analyst you'provide analysis of compensation and benefits data as well as analysis of HR data for the wider department. You will carry out job evaluation and external benchmarking and will work closely with internal stakeholders such as HR Services, HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, Company Secretarial and the wider business. This role will also provide analytical support for Remuneration Committee papers and associated administrative activity.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Utilising Hay / Kornferry / and Willis Towers Watson (WTW) methodology to provide accurate compensation benchmarking
  • Managing the relationship with benchmarking provider (WTW) and preparing benchmarking survey submissions
  • Supporting in the delivery of all Reward key projects and cyclical activity such as Pay Review, introduction of new benefits and annual benefit windows
  • Managing cyclical bonus processes monthly to ensure an efficient and effective process, paid accurately and on time.
  • Providing analytical support on an ongoing basis across the HR department

We'd love you to have

  • Experience of using Job Evaluation methodology – Hay / Kornferry and ideally WTW
  • Educated to Diploma level or equivalent analytical experience
  • Excellent analytical skills, with experience of interpreting and producing high quality, accurate management information
  • Ability to work confidently with large scale datasets
  • Confidence to work directly with the business on benchmarking
