Description of role:

TWI’s ICT Helpdesk is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our busy team. The role will be predominantly focused on delivering a laptop replacement programme. Day to day you will be configuring laptops with TWI’s corporate image and installing relevant software.

The successful candidate will have an aptitude to learn and apply attention to detail within defined processes and procedures. Good interpersonal, communication, organisational skills and a can do positive attitude. Experience of supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office and an understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration is desirable.

Travel:

This position may require occasional travel in the UK.
